Rooted, Growing, Serving in Christ
Our church was founded by Dutch immigrants who desperately wanted a place to worship together. The sanctuary space was built in 1949 and additions and renovations sprang out of need due to expanding families and ministries. Today, our congregation is beautifully diverse, ranging from young children to seniors. Some families are brand new to our church family, while others have worshiped here for generations.
We believe that the Bible is the unfailing Word of God - we are rooted in the Bible. Each person, young and old, is encouraged in their faith journey - growing toward a firm relationship with Christ. We are a 'doing' people - we find joy in serving our church family, our town and our community.
Our logo shows that Clinton
CRC is a community that is Rooted in Faith (symbolized by the Bible), Growing in Hope (found in the trees), and
Serving in Love (people with outstretched arms aka the trees).
"All over the world this gospel is bearing fruit and growing."
